Abstract: 

The global development of wellness tourism has brought niche entrepreneurial opportunities for tourism planners to develop and diversify the destination market. Meanwhile, Iran enjoys enormous natural and cultural potentials which can attract wellness travelers through proper management and planning. Hence, this article has employed the grounded theory methodology (the emerging approach) to propose a guiding framework for identifying and commercializing entrepreneurial opportunities of wellness tourism in Iran. This aim is pursued through analysis of literature and discussion with related academic and industrial experts. To this end, a qualitative data collection method is adopted, and since the potential participants were limited and hard to find, a combination of targeted and snowball sampling is chosen to conduct extensive in-depth interviews to identify the most important factors engaged in wellness tourism entrepreneurship. Analyzing the gathered data through the manual coding process, the findings of this study show that the factors and components that influence and are engaged in the development of wellness tourism businesses can be covered in four categories; “ Macro Business Environment” , “ The Wellness Tourism Industry’ s Micro-environment” , “ Barriers and Challenges of Development” , and “ Effects and Consequences-Wellness Tourism Development” . The developmental strategies are categorized under the “ Identification and Commercialization Process” (as the core category of the research model), and cover the stages from market identification to the commercialization of wellness products and services, each containing several steps towards sustainable exploitation of wellness business opportunities and especially, wellness tourism entrepreneurship.

Abstract: 

Today's tourism industry has become one of the main economic and service pillars of the world. In a way, many development experts refer to this industry as the axis of sustainable development. Due to the undeniable role of tourism in the development of the country, tourism industry managers are always faced with the challenge of attracting tourists and attracting their satisfaction and loyalty. The aim of this study was to investigate factors affecting the creation of common values and its impact on the loyalty of foreign tourists in the city of Damghan. The research is applied in terms of its purpose and is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this study includes all foreign tourists who visited Damghan during the period from January to May 2018. The sample size was 150 according to the Cochran formula for an unlimited population. Sampling method in this study is unpredictable sampling. The research data were collected by using a combined questionnaire from Border and Associates (2018)and Bassar et al. (2018)in a Likert scale. In this research, validity and reliability of Cronbach's alpha have been used to validate the research tools. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and structural equation modeling with partial least squares method using SmartPls software. The findings show that the variable of resources for tourists and the motivations of tourists have a positive and significant effect on the common value creation. Also, the creation of a common value has a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of tourists.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The aim of this study is to evaluate the recreational value and study the influential parameters of Salasel castle tourist's willingness to pay in Shushtar using conditional valuation method and individual travel cost. Methods: Logit econometric model is used to study the parameters affecting tourist's willingness to pay. The data were collected through a questionnaire and interview involving 307 visitors in 2017. Results: The result of conditional valuation method showed that the average willingness to pay for any individual to visit the castle is 5, 712 rials and the recreational value for each family is 323, 527. 68 rials per year. The result of individual travel cost method showed that the recreational value is 939, 596, 000 rials. Comparison of these two methods showed that the recreational value of the castle is estimated to a higher value because from the visitors’ perspective, the castle is a pure public commodity and visitors do not express their willingness to pay, properly; So that the money spent per each family to visit the castle is much more than the stated willingness.

Abstract: 

Today, tourism industry, as the one of largest service industry in revenue terms, is considered an important factor for economic growth and development. The most important steps that can lead to the growth of tourism industry is the development of accommodation and hotels for travelers stay. Sensory marketing is important for hotel industry progress. Here, we examine the effect of sensory marketing and its components on positive word-of-mouth advertising in tourism industry through brand experience and destination emotion. The type of research is applied research in terms of the purpose and nature of the problem studied, from the data collection method, is a survey research based on structural equation modeling and in terms of research method, is descriptive. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data in this research. Regarding the limited statistical population of this study, which includes foreign tourists of five star hotels in Tehran, the sample size was 280 persons according to Morgan table and structural equation modeling was used. The results of the research indicate that the hypothesis of the effect of the tactile stimuli on destination emotion is not confirmed by tourists, but other hypothesis of the research has been confirmed.

Abstract: 

Entrepreneurship development is a set of public and private policies and practices that can accelerate entrepreneurship. Tourism as an important economic sector requires the presence of entrepreneurs, so it is necessary to identify the factors that have an impact on entrepreneurship development in this area. Cultural tourism is one of the important types of tourism that has a major share among the types of tourism. This article is designed to design a model for this development. The study was conducted in Yazd city and partial least squares structural equation modeling was used for modeling. The statistical population consisted of academic experts, business owners and practitioners of public and private sectors related to tourism. The conceptual model has been designed using 3M model and has been used by experts and theoretical literature and states that three variables of behavioral, structural and environmental factors and conditions are effective on entrepreneurship development. Calculations have been made for the measurement, structural and overall fit of the model, indicating that the model is suitable. According to the path coefficients, 34. 6% behavioral factors and 46. 5% structural factors directly explain the changes related to the cultural tourism entrepreneurship development variable. Also the environmental condition variable indirectly affects this variable and accounts for 65. 1% of the variations in this variable. Meanwhile, among structural factors, introduction of tourism destination and among behavioral factors, empowerment of active tourism elements have the most impact on entrepreneurship development of a cultural tourism destination.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, the creative tourism paradigm has been welcomed in the knowledge-increasing system of tourism, and many believe that the sustainability of the tourism industry depends on the creative tourism. This research is a qualitative and applied and in terms of data collection it is a descriptive-analytical study. In this research, the tourism ecosystem architecture of Rasht as a creative gastronomic city has been studied to provide a background for the development of management capacity in this networked ecosystem. This architecture is based on key ecosystem roles and actors. Thematic analysis has been used to find effective roles and the social network analysis has been used to analyze and interpret its key roles and actors. The findings of this study can be expressed at both micro and macro levels. At the micro level, the key roles and actors have been identified and analyzed in three categories: "the roles played in the ecosystem", "the roles not yet performed" and "the roles that are on the way of being performed. " It also explains what key actors should take to improve and develop the ecosystem. At the macro level, it has been shown that the necessary and sufficient condition for the development of the tourism ecosystem of Rasht as a creative gastronomic city is the development and expansion of social capital in the city. The capital and treasure whose background of birth and growth is tolerance. Obviously, the prosperity and livelihood of the local community of this creative destination will increase with the attraction of international tourists.

Abstract: 

With a focus on innovation, the current study aims to provide a modeling pattern of the effective factors in the development of mountain sports tourism. The population included sports management specialists and all the state university professors of Sports Management in Tehran, the directors of mountaineering boards and tourism specialists of Tehran province. Given the limitations for choosing the sample, all the population was chosen as the sample from whom 100 questionnaires were collected. Kasker’ s standard questionnaire (2012) was the instrument. After translation and localization, the validity of the questionnaire was verified by 10 specialized professors in the sports management field; using Cronbach’ s alpha the reliability for the environment, development and innovation variables were 0. 84, 0. 91 and, 0. 93 respectfully which show the high reliability of the questionnaire. The analysis of the data took place at two. The descriptive were used to describe the demographic features and in inferential statistics the structural equation modeling test was used through the PLS. The results of the modeling showed that the development variable on innovation has the most effect among all factors with 0. 58 standard effect size. The environment on development was second with a 0. 53 standard effect size and the environment on innovation with 0. 41 standard effect size was the least effective among all factors. The findings of this study can be a platform for sports and tourism managers, tour guides and other organizations which work in relation to mountains to plan for an increase in creating jobs and revenues in this area.

Abstract: 

Today, optimal access of tourists to tourism elements is one of the important issues in urban tourism planning. Meanwhile, tourist destinations are of great importance as the source and destination of day-trips in cities. For this reason, the proper location of hotels and other tourist residences can be a source of comfort for tourists in terms of transportation and also increase its unique role in tourism and hotel development. The present study investigates the location and geographical location of hotels, the accessibility status of tourism attractions of Isfahan city with tourist resorts. The required information is collected through library, documentary, and referral to related organizations and agencies. Data were then used for data entry into the GIS software, and the Network Analyst tool was used to analyze the data. The New Location Allocation tool was used to show the best tourist destinations as compared to tourist attractions. It was determined that the Mehr Hotel has the best access to historic attractions, the Pearl Hotel has the best access to the attraction The Kusar Resort & Spa has the best access to historical and recreational attractions. The results showed that most recreational centers in Isfahan did not have optimal distance with tourist accommodation. Also, it was revealed that the spatial distribution of tourism residences in Isfahan is not influenced by tourism attractions.

Abstract: 

Compensation is the most important part of the employment relationship and is, of course, one of the heaviest costs of any organization. Human resource managers as well as management theorists have always sought to answer the question of how compensation for services affects people's performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of Performance-based compensation system with Human resource flexibility with mediator variable of internal marketing, Descriptive-correlational methodology was used in this research Statistical population of current research includes all the Managers of Five Star Hotels in Tehran, they are The tools of gathering information are contained standard questionnaires and after being certain of the stability of the gathered indexes, the test of the measurement model of the research hypotheses is performed and The hypothesis were analyzed through the technique of Structural Equation Modeling with Smart PLS 3 and SPSS soft wares. The results of the data analysis show that Performance-based compensation system and internal marketing has a positive and significant role in Human resource flexibility. Research findings also not confirm the role of moderating internal marketing in this research.

Abstract: 

Aims of this study was to investigate the feasibility of developing health tourism through the establishment of a site for the Mud therapy in a specific project in the County of Galugah, Mazandaran province. In the theoretical approach of this study, Therapeutic tourism is one of the four sectors of health tourism. Methodology of this research is based on a combination of specialized experiments, documentary and survey methods that have been applied to the applied nature of the research. Findings Showed that mud of Galugah is free of contaminants and has beneficial elements for the body, and is far better than the sludge used in the Mud therapy centers of India, Turkey, and Bahrolmaiyet. Mud of Galugah has 20 times more iron than silicon slag and is 16 times better than silicon, and it contains silica material that is useful for the Mud therapy of rheumatoid arthritis. Also, the results of analysis of interviews and evaluations and attention to appropriate infrastructure facilities indicate that the field and possibility of creating combined projects of coastal tourism, maritime, rail tourism and ecotourism in northern Iran are massive and economical. Focus on Mud Therapy Project Can Help Expand Tourism destinations and Land Planning in Northern Iran Result Research shows that the creation of Mud therapy site and the development of health tourism and combined tourism in the coastal site of the city of Galugah is possible And ultimately, it contributes to the economic and social development of the region.
