Abstract:

The previous research has indicated that job attitudes including job satisfaction and organizational commitment are significant correlates of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). But the nature of casual relationshis of these variables with OCB is still disputed and investigations have yielded contradictory results. Also, little empirical research has viewed casual relationships between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and their subscales of OCB of teacher. Current study aims at investigating role of these variables for OCB of teachers by testing 36 structural models. A representative sample including 652 teachers and 131 principals from boy's primary schools in 10 educational districts of Tehran were selected. Data were collected using 3 questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for testing measurement and structural models. After analyzing measurement models of latent variables, direct, indirect and fit indexes of structural models were analyzed. Result indicated that among modles, just 1 model fit best to the observed data. In this model, intrinsic job satisfaction and value commitment has significant direct effect on OCB, intrinsic job satisfaction has significant direct effect on value commitment, and intrinsic job satisfaction has significant indirect effect on OCB. This model explains (R2:0.20) of variance of OCB of teachers significantly. Also, in this model, valuecommitment makes its mediating role partially. Research findings suggest that principals should place greater emphasis on enhancing teachers' intrinsic job satisfaction to promote their value commitment and OCB. The results were discussed in the final section of article.

PE cause negative feeling such as guilt, anger, inadequacy, ineffective sexual behavior, self-control in latency ejaculation and low self-esteem. The propose of this research is show the effectiveness of combined cognitive behavioral and sexual self-efficacy on reduction of PE. It is proposed that such combination can reduce PE, increase sexual satisfaction and sexual self-efficacy. Two groups of PE referred men were selected. 19 subjects were allocated to control group and 19 other to experimental group. Therapy was consisted of 8 weekly sessions. In the first week two sessions were held. The rest of the sessions were held weekly. There was a follow up after two weeks. In the process of therapy techniques such as imagery, relaxation, squeeze, increase of sexual relationship, repetition of self-statement self-control in latency ejaculation, self statement self-efficacy, repetition of encouraging statements by his wife, increasing lovely and affectionate behavior during the intercourse process were used. Measurement instrument in this study was Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educatiors Surver (MBI-ES); and also a demografic scale. The results of the study showed that the degree of vocational burnout in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment subscales was lower than the normal rate for teachers. The burnout of married and highly experienced teachers was lower burnout than the single teacher. For this Purpose, 300 undergraduate students, (110 males and 190 females) were selected by stratified sampling method from Social Science and Humanistic Department of Tabriz University. Data was gathered using Procrastination Assessment Scale-student (PASS) and Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). Data were analyzed by multiple regression (stepwise) and path analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy, high level of learning strategies, intrinsic valuing, and test anxiety were correlated with procrastination. Also, it was founded that 37% of the variance of procrastination was accounted by linear combination of self-efficacy, high level of learning strategies, intrinsic valuing and anxiety.
