To achieve target objectives, Iran Minerals Production and Supply Company (IMPASCO) has formed a "strategic committee" to develop strategies in respect to parent organization policy framework based on collected information received from mining companies, including iron ore, coal, phosphate and gold, which are categorized in four company groups.
I, as industrial strategist, have developed and compiled (IMPASCO) strategic formulation plan, impressed by strategic model and SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis leading to the formulation of four macro-strategies along with a number of ancillaries.
