Those traditions which have mentioned the virtue of pilgrimage to Imam Hussayn's Shrine, though different in explanation, the have one point in common: they regard its virtue more than hajj and `umrih and some of them equal its virtue to several hajjs. The author of this article, after mentioning a few hadiths in this regard for instance, tries to explain the reason of this superiority.

Nowadays some scientific circles are involved in discussion about the documentation of Ashura's Ziyyara and authenticity of existing curses in it. Some time ago a book was published on this issue and its auther believed that there was no trace of existing curses in original copies and has been added to it later. The author of the present paper, regardless of these cases tries to investigate the documents of the ziyyara and evaluate its narrators.

While investigating the literal meaning and the Quranic and hadith application of the concept of Rasikhun fi al-Ilm, the author of the present paper underscores two aspects of this concept: positive aspect and negative one. Based on positive aspect, this concept means being knowledgeable and enlightened which plays a great role in understanding the holy verses of the Quran. On the other hand based on negative aspect it means avoid being doubtful and undecided. This approach is a great help with interpreting the seventh verse of chapter three of the holy Quran. Many hadiths utilized to interpret this verse, also substantiate interpretations which are based on syntax and semantics.

Having accepted that corporeal punishment of children is a wrong act, we find three cases in religious instructions which allow it to be done: 1- parent to his/her child, 2- step parent to his/her adopted child, 3- teacher to his/her student. In every case there are some limits and conditions. Of the most important ones are: It must be done for disciplinary reasons and it should not be done on personnal emotions such as anger and etc. In addition to the above mentioned conditions and limits there is one more limit and that is age limit.

In spite of the fact that faith in raj'at (returning) is unanimously accepted by Shia people but a lot of things about its details has been unspoken. Meanwhile it could be remembered the Dabbat al-Ard (The Retile of the earth) which has been mentioned in the holy Quran and coincided with Imam Ali, according to some Shiite hadiths. While investigating the documents of these hadiths, the author tries to ponder upon hadith documents of the above mentioned coincidence.

The necessity of removing conflicts and inconsistencies among hadiths issued by Infallible Imams and its role in removing doubts and labels of deficiency and inefficiency from the face of Islam, has motivated some scholars to deal, in their works and under hadith scholarship discussions, with the methods of removing inconsistencies. Allama Mohammad Baqir Majlisi, in Bihar al-Anwar under his hadith scholarship explanations, comes up with some inconsistencies and tries to find solutions in order to remove them. His precision in verification of hadiths caused him not to reject inconsistent hadiths at first sight and look for different probabilities. In this way he has utilized theoretical solution as well as practical one that is he has mentioned some probabilities referring to scientific and reliable evidences and some times with lack of evidence he himself has found a solution for its justification.

Al-Durr al-Manthur, compiled by soyuti, is a sunni hadith-oriented tafsir in the 10th century. In this tafsir every verse of the holy Quran is followed by some hadiths beneath it as an interpretation. Since there is no annotation about these hadiths, so it is understood that he has confirmed them. However, in this tafsir, we sometimes encounter fabricated or unreliable hadiths and we have a few instances in which the author has given his opinion about the strength of weakness of a hadith. In addition to Imam Ali, peace be upon him, he has transmitted hadith from a wide variety of hadith transmitters. The author of the present paper only deals with those hadiths which have been reported from Imam Ali and tries to find out how much of them are reliable.

This research is conserned with Hisham bn Hikam, a great scholar of the world of Shia. Shia literature is full of traditions ascribed to him. These hadiths are mostly concerned with incarnation and embodiment of the Deity which has brought about many false accusations against Shia people by Sunni scholars. Dr. Naser al-Qaffari is one of them. He has related this shubha (religious doubt) from his teachers such as Ibn Taymiya, Abdul Qahir Baghdadi.To throw light on this issue and clarify the whole point, the author has scholarly come up with this issue and analyzed it utilizing logical induction.

Nahj al-Balaghah is one of the important books in the field of Islamic knowledge. Sayyid Radi has compiled some sayings of Imam Ali, peace be upon him in it. This book has been very well received from the beginning. It has also some deficiencies such as writing scanned form of some sayings. The writer of the present paper first introduces one of the letters of Imam Ali in Nahj al-Balaghah which has been written in pieces. He then points to some outcomes of this scansion.

The possibility of Imam Mahdi's Occultation and its forecast by some other Divine proofs, has been challenged by opponents at the present era. Challenging the reliability of documents, they try to ascribe it to shia scholars such as Numani and Sheikh Mofid. To remove these doubts, the author of the present paper has made an investigation of some hadiths issued by Infallible Imams and concluded that occultation is found in Infallible Imams forecast from the first century to the third one. There is little body of hadiths from the first century which also indicate that occultation had been regarded as a secret. The author finally concludes that the issue of occultation had been forecasted years before its occurrence and there are reliable hadiths in this regard.

Al-Khasa'is al-Alawiya, written by Natanzi a Sunni scholar of the 6th century AH, is one of the lost works of Sunnis dealing with the life of Imams also used by Shia sources. There is no trace of book at present, but Natanzi's contemporaries such as Ibn Shar Ashub have benefited from it. This text is concerned with introducing this less known writer and studying his book and its status in next sources and mentioning his view points which are similar to Shia ones.
