According to the sociology of culture, when development, its purposes, and the ways leading to it in human societies are discussed, scientific directions appear through presentation of empirical, pragmatic models from specific cultural perspectives with respect to form and structure of societies.
Although such subjects as development, business, technology, etc. may be considered through various perspectives, it is attempted in the present essay to investigate such institutionalized realms of social culture as family, education, media and their role in social norms with respect to divine, spiritual teachings of Quran and hadiths.
