Abstract

Every organization which deals with human resources selects its personnel based on two viewpoints: selecting the qualified and preventing unqualified individuals from entering the organization. The present paper aims to compare and contrast the processes of SELECTION and RECRUITMENT in IRAN, PAKISTAN, and GREECE POLICE organizations. This is an applied research.The researcher has examined the documents and evidences related to the rules and regulations of SELECTION and RECRUITMENT in the above mentioned countries. The results of the study indicate that all three organizations share lots of critera for selecting and recruiting new personnel.
