Abstract

The document of 20 years Vision of the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN is the most important and highest upstream document as guide and trans-sectional document for supplying SUSTAINABLE SECURITY in the country, formulation of five year plans and annual budget of the state. This document determines the outlines of development in country, Iran's security strategy and foreign policy to achieve the first position in the region in 1404. One of the preconditions for its realization is to reach situation of SUSTAINABLE SECURITY in the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN under international system chaos circumstances and also developments of Islamic awakening in the Middle East countries. Some purposes of the document of 20 years Vision are existence of a security, stable, developed and inspiring society in the horizon of 1404. Realization of purposes of the document of 20 years Vision is almost impossible without supplying SUSTAINABLE SECURITY in face of perceived threats. One of the necessities to achieve SUSTAINABLE SECURITY in the country is increase in American and Israeli international threats against Iran. Acting as first position in the region under program of Vision document is merely possible on the condition that Iran prepares necessary actions for making equilibrium, stability and regional and international cooperations and supplying SUSTAINABLE SECURITY in the country. This paper try to evaluate the nature and conception of security in 1404 Vision document and also issue of Iran's SUSTAINABLE SECURITY on the basis of Vision document. The data for this study have been collected through the library method. Given the nature and components of this research, the dominant approach is “descriptive - analytical” research. Accordingly, ways of achieving SUSTAINABLE SECURITY are investigated and extracted by method of Vision document's content analysis. In this paper, Iranian Vision as a security society in 1404 will be examined. The results of the article show affective and CONSTRUCTIVE ENGAGEMENT with world nations and governments and also continuous economic development and progress is precondition for achieving SUSTAINABLE SECURITY in the horizon of 1404.
