STUDY THE RELATIONSHIP OF APPLYING THE CRITERIA FOR EFFECTIVE TEACHING BY FACULTY WITH STUDENTS MORALE BITCH

Abstract

 The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the rate of EFFECTIVE TEACHING criteria by university professors and the SCIENTIFIC SPIRIT of STUDENTS. The statistical population of the study consisted of all STUDENTS of Mazandaran University in the academic year 2012-2013. By stratified sampling, 375 STUDENTS were selected as the statistical sample of the study. The research instrument consisted of two researcher-made questionnaires: EFFECTIVE TEACHING and SCIENTIFIC SPIRITuality. Both of the questionnaires contained 30 questions of five options according to the Likert scale of 5 degrees. Validity of two questionnaires given to study and consult the 10 TEACHERS in educational sciences has been verified and reliability through an open trial on 30 subjects selected from a population of (other than samples) were examined for the questionnaire EFFECTIVE TEACHING highly correlated high (r=0.85) and the SCIENTIFIC SPIRIT of solidarity questionnaire relatively "high (r=0.77), respectively. findings indicate that the performance of TEACHERS, Mazandaran University, 4 School of Law and Political Science, Basic Sciences, Arts and Architecture, the application criteria designing, teaching, education, classroom management, human relations and evaluation, as relatively "good and desirable criteria for personality characteristics, highly desirable. Level of STUDENTS' scientific morale is not in the "Desirable" in any of the areas considered. The findings also showed that there is a significant relationship between the performance of the professors in applying the EFFECTIVE TEACHING standards and the level of STUDENTS' morale (P<0.05), and the performance of the professors in applying the EFFECTIVE TEACHING criteria is a positive and significant prediction for the level Student Spirituality. Regarding the results of this study, it can be stated that the performance of professors in the application of EFFECTIVE TEACHING standards plays a very important role in the level of STUDENTS' academic morale. Therefore, in order to increase the level of academic spirit of STUDENTS, university professors use EFFECTIVE TEACHING standards effectively.
