Abstract

Background and Objective: The aim of this study is the first to compare the visual-spatial WORKING MEMORY, executive functioning, able to plan and organize the students Hsab- deficit disorder and normal development.Method: This study is applied and causal-comparative study was conducted. The study population the second to fifth-grade male students in Mashhad in the academic year of 3639 were 95 to 96. In the first two groups of 16 people as a quota sample of students studying in Dstrsaz Area 2 Mashhad were selected. The first group included 16 students Hsab- failure checklist based on DSM IV diagnostic mathematics disorder, Raven's Progressive Matrices test of colored children and a clinical interview, were selected. The second group included 16 normal children were selected from the same class. The error in the calculation of standardized test loose accounts (the three components of number sense, computation of numbers and digits) and executive functions with visual-spatial WORKING MEMORY tests Corsican beating blocks, Tower of London were assessed. For statistical analysis of descriptive statistics and SPSS version 23 was used. Results: The results using descriptive and inferential statistical tests including tests of multivariate analysis of covariance, multivariate analysis of variance analysis. Results: The results showed that WORKING MEMORY, visual-spatial abilities of children with significant changes to Account Deficit was lower than normal children. Planning and organizing actions on significant differences were found. The relationship between some elements of the executive functions of planning and organization, with the percentage of errors was significant. The account of the three components of the test, understanding numbers and production numbers were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion: In general executive functions in the context of new developments Hsab- failure rate in mathematics disorder are not effective. The visual-spatial WORKING MEMORY, executive function as an effective factor in this problem is to fix the errors and improve overall this action is effective.
