Abstract

To study the effect of VISUAL IMAGING TRANSPARENCY and SPATIAL VISUALIZATION on students' MOTOR SKILLS improvement, the researcher randomly selected 60 left-handed and right-handed male and female students, with the age range of 18-25 from among psychology students at Islamic Azad University. David Marques questionnaire was used to measure VISUAL IMAGING TRANSPARENCY. Also, Ribacof test was utilized to measure SPATIAL VISUALIZATION, and MOTOR SKILLS were measured through Monde skill assessment test. The findings, at level of significance of P<.05, indicated that: 1. There is no difference between males and females in mental imaging; 2. There is no correlation between mental visual imaging and SPATIAL VISUALIZATION; 3. There is a relationship between SPATIAL VISUALIZATION and MOTOR SKILLS and no relationship between MOTOR SKILLS and mental imaging; 4. There is a difference in the transparency of imaging with the eyes open and closed.
