Abstract

This article was done in order to analyze the relationship between masculinism culture in organization and POLICEWOMEN PERFORMANCE in Tehran police command. Hypotheses were proved that there is relation between masculinism and POLICEWOMEN PERFORMANCE. With recognition of this problem, we tried to find the features and aspects of current problem. The method of this research is practical and survey. The statistical group was 859 police women of Tehran police command and 160 persons were selected. Then data were analyzed by Pearson and so Alfa was 0.79The Pearson was 0.230 and significant level was 0.230 and it is smaller than 0.05. According to these, we can conclude that there is relation between masculinism and POLICEWOMEN PERFORMANCE.
