Abstract

The goal of the present research is to study the role of the STYLES OF ATTACHMENT, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and OCCUPATIONAL STRESS on teachers' JOB SATISFACTION. The research community is all SECONDARY COURSE TEACHERS in 7 districts of Mashhad busy working in educational year 2010-2011.The statistical sample includs 300 teachers (150 woman and 150 men) selected by cluster multistage sampling method. Data was gathered by Revised Adults Attachment Scale (RAAS), Sharing Emotional Stress, Kyriacosteklif OCCUPATIONAL STRESS and Berry Fieldworth JOB SATISFACTION and were analyzed using correlation, stepwise regression analysis and route analysis.
