Abstract

Gaining PRODUCTIVITY is considered as one of the most important factors for an organization's survival in the existing competitive environment. The aim of this paper is studying the effects of this strategy on PRODUCTIVITY's components in the Eghtesad_Novin Bank. OUTSOURCING can be defined as transferring or delegating to a service or operations supplier accompanied continuous business process management. The statistics population of this paper is the branches of the Eghtesad_Novin Bank in Mazandaran province, therefore as the statistics sample 102 managers and authorities are selected. First, PRODUCTIVITY indices recognized and in order to studying the construct validity and structure of research variables factors, Exploratory Factor Analysis and Principle Component Analysis (PCA) with varimax rotation and scree test applied. Confirmatory factor analysis has been also used for measuring the influence of components on each other. Ultimately, we used structural equation modeling method in USRLL software. Then, after gathering and analyzing data, it is specified that there is not any meaningful relations among OUTSOURCING and PRODUCTIVITY components while there are positive and significant relations among PRODUCTIVITY components. Consequently, the use of OUTSOURCING strategy, is not leading to increase the PRODUCTIVITY in the Eghtesad_Novin Bank in the province of Mazandaran.
