Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the OUTSOURCING strategy effects on PRODUCTIVITY in En Bank (Branches of Mazandaran). OUTSOURCING refers to a company that contract with another company to provide services that might otherwise be performed by in-house employees. Through OUTSOURCING, a company can concentrate its resources on fundamental issues. In order to explore the elements and expand the variables, it was used Principal Component Analysis (PCA) methods and Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) analysis. In order to gather the needed data, questionnaires that included 57 questions, distributed between 102 managers and staffs of EN Bank. The results of this research demonstrated there is no a meaningful relationship between OUTSOURCING and PRODUCTIVITY elements in EN bank. However, a positive meaningful relationship between elements of PRODUCTIVITY that provides the possibility of promoting PRODUCTIVITY with less expense.
