INVESTIGATING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANAGERS MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES AND ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS IN GAS COMPANY IN EASTERN AZERBAYIJAN

Abstract

 The main idea of this research is to investigate the relationship between managers' multiple intelligence on ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS of Gas Company in east Azerbaijan. Therefore, MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES based on Howard Gardner's theory and ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS based on Stephen Robbins's theory has been selected. There can be a main and six minor hypotheses formulated. The sample includes 56 managers of Gas Company in eastern Azerbaijan. After testing the reliability and validity, the data has been collected by using two questionnaires, Howard Gardner's MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES and Stephen Robbins's ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS. Also, descriptive and inferential statistics have been used for analyzing the data. Descriptive statistics has been used for commentary and data categorizing and for hypothesis testing the inferential statistics (1, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, 1-5, 1-6). Finding represented that MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES are related to ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS of Gas Company in east Azerbaijan.
