Abstract

Nowadays, the effective relation with suppliers has converted in to an important issue in the field of supply chain management and has become a survival factor in market. Evaluating and selecting the best suppliers is a complex problem that needs the different criteria for decision-making. The aim of this study is to propose a combined approach in this field. In proposal process of this study performed in Sanaye Roshanaei Noor company, after determining the important attributes for SUPPLIER SELECTION based on research literature and interviews with managers, using the pair-wise comparision questionnaire and creating the group pair-wise comparision matrix, was evaluated the Inconsistency Index by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Then, was determined the relative weight of attributes based on a new approach by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Finally, were evaluated suppliers and ranked by TOPSIS method. Expert Choice 11, DEAP and Excel software programs has used for compute and analysis data.
