EFFECTIVE FACTORS ON JOB SATISFACTION OF THE STAFF OF ISLMAIC AZAD UNIVERSITY ROUDEHEN BRANCH

Abstract

 The research purpose is a survey on the effective factors on JOB SATISFACTION of THE STAFF of Islamic Azad University Roudehen Branch. In order to investigate this problem and effective mechanism, different theories were studied and modified factors of this relationship were partly specified. Then a mixed model was prepared with inspiration for studied theories and view point of theorists on JOB SATISFACTION, so that we could investigate the main and intermediate variables. According to the research data we used causal comparative method; and with the use of different statistical methods, the effects of dependent variables on independent variable were exactly investigated.The results have shown that seven independent variables of this research could account for 20.7% of JOB SATISFACTION variance. Totally, the results of direct and indirect effect of independent variables on dependent variable have shown that educational level, salary and organizational position have the highest contribution in JOB SATISFACTION among total studied factors.
