Research population of the present correlational study comprised all HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS of Esfahan city (n=275) in the school year 2013-2014. A sample of 90 teachers was selected and administered three questionnaires of ethical climate (Cullen, Victor & Bronson, 1993), ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST (Scott, 2003), and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT (Allen, & Meyer, 1990). Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficients of the instruments were 0.78, 0.89, and 0.89 respectively. In order to analyze the data, Smart PLS and SPSS softwares were used.
