Abstract

 This study has been conducted to investigate the relationship between PROACTIVE PERSONALITY, JOB CRAFTING, and JOB ENGAGEMENT with JOB PERFORMANCE. A sample of 130 employees were selected through simple random cluster sampling from total of personal of airline agencies in Tehran. The instrument which used in this study include PROACTIVE PERSONALITY questionnaire, JOB CRAFTING questionnaire, JOB ENGAGEMENT questionnaire, and JOB PERFORMANCE.questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, structure equation modeling (SEM) and mediation analysis. The results showed that the proposed model fit the data properly. Also all direct and indirect effects were significant. Indeed, PROACTIVE PERSONALITY has direct and indirect effects on JOB PERFORMANCE.by JOB CRAFTING and JOB ENGAGEMENT.
