Abstract

The aim of current research was to review the relationships of PERSONALITY TRAITS, ATTACHMENT STYLEs with FORGIVENESS among national oil company staffs. The statistical sample were 385 persons of national oil company saffs. Data tools collectad were included questionnaire PERSONALITY TRAITS NEO-PIR, questionnaire ATTACHMENT STYLE symptoms, FORGIVENESS of scale interpersonal (IFI). This research was form solidarity type. Data of analysis was done through slolidarity of method peirson and regrison, multi-variables at the level p<0.05 indicate that there was negative relation between neurotidism with FORGIVENESS. There was positive relationship between individual traits (exteraversion, openness and experienece, agrreableness and eonscientiouness) with FORGIVENESS. There was positive relationship between secure of ATTACHMENT STYLE with FORGIVENESS. There was negative relationship between avoidant ATTACHMENT STYLE and amoivalent with FORGIVENESS. There was multiple relationship between PERSONALITY TRAITS and ATTACHMENT STYLEs with FORGIVENESS of variance. Variables of neurotidism, avoidant ATTACHMENT STYLE, agreeableness, amoivalent ATTACHMENT STYLE, secure ATTACHMENT STYLE and exteraversion are best FORGIVENESS predictor.
