Abstract

One of the challenges for the optimal management of urban planning towards sustainable urban imbalance in development between regions located in the city.The purpose of this paper to assess and analyze the development of indicators of PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT Paydarshhry in urban areas, 3 Branch is to explain the different levels of PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT. Applied Research Methods and descriptive - analytic combined TOPSIS-AHP model is. Information has been obtained through studies of Library and criteria used in the classification options using the Shannon entropy and the method of paired comparisons (AHP) is weighted. The results of this study indicate that the Branch urban areas in terms of enjoyment of PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT indicators, there are remarkable differences. So much different than Zone 2 Zone 1 and 3 in terms of PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT indices are low-level model based on TOPSIS. Most of the cultural gap between the Zones 2 and 3 regional trade index is 1.
