THE STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND MANAGERS' LEADERSHIP STYLE WITH TEACHERS' JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract

 The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE and managers' LEADERSHIP STYLE with teachers' JOB SATISFACTION. The research method was descriptive – correlation. The statistical population was all the managers and teachers in high-schools. Through the random sampling method the sample size included 82 manager and 240 teachers. To gather the data three questionnaires namely, The Albrerkht ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE, Mitzkases and Bardner LEADERSHIP STYLEs and GDI JOB SATISFACTION were used. The cronbach Alpha was 0.95, 0.80 and 085 respectively. To analyze the data descriptive and inferential statistics (stepwise concurrent linear regression) were used. The results showed that there was a significant negative difference between the ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE and managers' LEADERSHIP STYLE with teachers' JOB SATISFACTION. There was also a significant difference between the managers' task- oriented style with teachers' job entity, supervision, relationship, promotion and salary dimension.
