Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate relationships between ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR components in District 4 of Tabriz foreign language teaching institutes. The variables in this study were the effective implementation of ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR indicators which have been identified in the previous researches. Data collection was done by two researcher-made questionnaires whose validity and reliability were approved through test-retest method and content reliability respectively. Final data were analyzed by MATLAB software. Results indicated that the “magnanimity” indicator with the highest rate of being influenced and “altruism” with the highest rate of being influential were recognized. “Training” and “specifying the objectives, responsibilities and authorizations” activities had the highest guidance power. “The immunity of job environment” and “job enrichment” had the highest level of being influenced.
