Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and rank the ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE factors in educational systems and knowledge-based organizations (a comparative study of Imam Sadeq (AS) with Shaid Beheshti University). This study is a functional research base on its purpose and it has been performed as a comparative survey among a sample consisting of 355 people (151 employees of the University of Imam Sadeq (AS) and 204 personnel of Shahid Beheshti University). Standard questionnaire based on the seven skills of Albrecht was used as the research tool. Albrecht used ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE to respond and prevent of a group idleness. He provides a model consist of seven dimensions: STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE, common destiny, desire to change, unity and consensus, spirit, KNOWLEDGE APPLICATION and performance pressure. Each of the dimensions use as one of the research hypotheses, and ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE examined as the main research variable. To test the research hypotheses, compared t test (in SPSS software) was used. The results indicates significant differences between the scores of Imam Sadeq (AS) university and Shahid Beheshti University in all factors mentioned in the research model.
