Abstract

 The University is one of the most important institutions of any society and its performance has a great impact on the community goals. The purpose of this study is to identify the most important critical success factors in higher education institutions. The research method is descriptive – survey. After a literature review of existing research and identify goals and strategies in four areas of the BALANCED SCORECARD, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among professors and university managers with a Likert rating based on the most important objectives of each area specified. P-value using factors were identified. Continue enjoying the views of several experts' maps, interpretive structural modeling approach utilizes the strategy of BALANCED SCORECARD was developed.
