Abstract: 

ایجاد زیربناهای فیزیکی در فرآیند توسعه اقتصادی نقش مهمی دارد و دسترسی بهتر به زیرساختهایی نظیر امکانات آموزشی و بهداشتی، آبرسانی، برق رسانی و حمل و نقل باعث افزایش سطح رفاه اجتماعی می شود. سرمایه گذاری و انباشت سرمایه ناشی از آن کلید رشد اقتصادی هر کشور به شمار می آید. بررسی ها نشان می دهد در حوزه موانع قانونی جذب سرمایه گذاری زیر بنایی تحقیق اندکی صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق به منظور بررسی عوامل و اندازه گیری موانع قانونی از ابزار پرسشنامه در قالب طیف پنج گزینه ای لیکرت استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری این تحقیق از اساتید حوزه مالی و سرمایه گذاری و کارشناسان این حوزه تشکیل شده است. حجم نمونه برابر 166 نفر تعیین گردید. به منظور بررسی روابط از آزمون رگرسیون استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که موانع قانونی، تخصیص و جذب سرمایه گذاری، عدم توجه به زیر ساخت های قانونی، موانع قانونی ثبت شرکت ها، عدم ثبات قوانین، شفاف نبوده قانون، عدم وجود امنیت سرمایه گذاری، قوانین تحریمی، قوانین بین المللی بانکی و قوانین تجارت جهانی به عنوان مهم ترین موانع قانونی در اجرای موفق سرمایه گذاری زیر بنایی به شمار می روند.

Abstract: 

تحقیقات انجام شده در زمینه سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی عموما بر دو موضوع عوامل تعیین کننده سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی و تاثیرات سرمایه گذاری خارجی بر اقتصاد میزبان متمرکز بوده است. این مقاله بر موضوع اول یعنی عوامل تعیین کننده سرمایه گذاری خارجی در ایران معطوف می باشد و این سوال را مدنظر قرار می دهد که انگیزه سرمایه گذاران خارجی از سرمایه گذاری در ایران چه بوده است؟ این پژوهش در بازه زمانی 1391 تا 1392 انجام شده و جامعه آماری آن شرکت های در دسترس سرمایه گذار خارجی در ایران می باشد. روش تحقیق آمیخته بوده و ابتدا عوامل موثر بر سرمایه گذاری خارجی در ایران از بررسی ادبیات پژوهش و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان موضوع در ایران شناسایی گردید. سپس جهت رتبه بندی عوامل تعیین کننده سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی در ایران از تجزیه و تحلیل آماری و آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است. بدین منظور پرسشنامه طراحی و پس از اعتبارسنجی، برای شرکت های در دسترس سرمایه گذار خارجی در ایران ارسال گردید. نتیجه تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نشان می دهد که عامل دسترسی به بازار با اختلاف رتبه قابل توجهی نسبت به سایر عوامل، در جایگاه نخست قراردارد. بعد از آن سه عامل دسترسی به مواد اولیه، دسترسی به بازار منطقه از طریق ایران و دسترسی به نیروی کار متخصص مهمترین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر سرمایه گذاری خارجی در ایران می باشند. این نتایج تا حدودی منطبق با الگوی کشورهای جنوبی آمریکای لاتین می باشد که FDI در آنها «در جستجوی منابع طبیعی» و «در جستجوی بازار» می باشد. ورود FDI با چنین انگیزه هایی منجر به ارتباط ناکافی بنگاه های چندملیتی با اقتصاد محلی و عدم شکل گیری سرریزهای تکنولوژی می شود.

Abstract: 

The present study is designed to determine the impact of factors influencing the organizational commitments of the employees of Central Insurance Company of Islamic republic of Iran on knowledge sharing of employees and most importantly, identifying and ranking these effective factors. This study was carried out using survey method considering the nature of descriptive researchand the employees of Central Insurance Company of Islamic republic of Iran selected as population. Firstlyaccording to the opinion of scientist and experts, sixteen effective factors on organizational commitment of the employees identified using Delphi Technology and the population divided into four managerial/organizational groups of job, environmental, physical and individual factors. Confidence, learning, rewarding system and information technology factors has been identified as knowledge sharing components. These factors are finally ranked through FTOPSSDEMATEL-FAHP techniques.This study indicates that organizational criteria factors (such as organizational justice, leadership style, appreciation of employees and collaborative management) and job factors (such as job security, lack of conflict and ambiguity, and interest in job and job satisfaction) are definitely influence the systemin comparison with other organizational commitment factors that influence the knowledge sharing. Meanwhile individual factors (such as accountability, effective expertness, need for success, allegiance and adherence to effective principles) and physical factors (such as intimacy between employees and managers, effective feeling of safety and comfort and being respected in impressionable work) and rewarding system factor (knowledge sharing criteria) are ranked as intermediate factors which are less important regarding the cause and effect relation.

Abstract: 

Obviously, the first aim of insurance industry is to protect individuals or organizations asset’s or properties against loses or damages. At the moment the penetration rate of insurance in Iran is about %1/9 which is 42th in global insurance market. However, there might be many reasons for unpopularity of this industry among people; we cannot ignore the influence of advertisement in order to encourage consumers to use the insurance services. Thus, this paper is trying to investigate what influential factors are the most important to the insured to mitigate the effectiveness of advertisement messages which convey the target of commercial insurances. In this survey, questionnaire forms have been used to gather data from policyholders. Given the summery above, we have conducted t and Friedman tests in order to analyze the hypothesis. Our findings indicates th at “notifying consumers effectively about all kind of insurance coverage and policies”, “providing especial services”, “hospitality”, “paying the claim at the appropriate time”, “comprehensive insurance policy”, “responsibility”, “companionate consultancy” and “ease of receiving insurance orders” respectively are important points in advertising messages from the viewpoint of insured for the aim of attracting the new customers. The results illustrate the importance of the mentioned factors within %95 of confidence interval.

Abstract: 

The University is one of the most important institutions of any society and its performance has a great impact on the community goals. The purpose of this study is to identify the most important critical success factors in higher education institutions. The research method is descriptive – survey. After a literature review of existing research and identify goals and strategies in four areas of the balanced scorecard, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed among professors and university managers with a Likert rating based on the most important objectives of each area specified. P-value using factors were identified. Continue enjoying the views of several experts' maps, interpretive structural modeling approach utilizes the strategy of balanced scorecard was developed.

Abstract: 

Today, development of intellectual capital in organizations is one of the key factors in improving business processes and the key to success of organizations, because one of the main tasks of intellectual capital management is shaping processes to get and create value from knowledge. In line with this this study examines the impact of intellectual capital on employees' quality of work life through empowerment. Nursing Staff of Tameen ejtmaee Hospital of zahedan were the population of the study. (N=132) of them were randomly selected, Answered to three questionnaires empowerment, intellectual capital and quality of working life. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed through Cronbach Krnbakh, also the questionnaire with high content validity were prepared. Data Using Spss software and Liserl were analyzed and the results showed that intellectual capital and its components (human capital, structural capital and customer capital) through empowering, have a significant positive impact on the employees quality of working life. Dissatisfaction with the quality of work life is a problem that regardless of their organizational position, damage both individuals and the organization and preventing from this damage will possible when special attention should be to intellectual capital and in line paying attention to the intellectual capital, we Should not forget empowerment of human resource.

Abstract: 

In recent years, in various theories and research, supply chain management presented as a core structures that has been related to organizational performance. Due to increasing use of supply chain management approach, this research studies its impact on organizational performance through the intervention of competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was investigated the effect of supply chain management practices on competitive advantage and SAPCO organizational performance. So researcher with the review the literature and use of survey method, and selected sample in SAPCO supply chain, tested the hypotheses with the use of T-test, regression and structural equation modeling and the Friedman test. The study population consisted of employees and managers in the design and supply of automotive components supply chain Management Company, that researcher selected 369 samples but gendered 395 questionnaires and analysis the data. The result of research show, there are direct relation between supply chain management ant competitive advantages and organizational performance and between competitive advantages and organizational performance and between. But with the intervention of competitive advantage, has created strong relationship between supply chain management and organizational performance. The test of fitness models demonstrates it is suitable model for SAPCO complex supply chains. Finally, researcher presented some suggestions for improvement the organization.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to identify and rank factors (economic institutions) write Plant to achieve world-class technology and management As a constituent of various components (economic institutions) systems, electronic manufacturing, supply chain management, write and write quality were identified and analyzed. And a Delphi survey of experts, and the components were ranked. Ranked based on their effectiveness in electronic factory, the main competition, including lower cost, higher quality, faster delivery, ensuring higher productivity, increased production capacity and innovation took place. The data were analyzed by statistical software. Results show that the electronic component manufacturing, enterprise resource planning, which won the first place. The other components were also investigated and discussed. According to the findings of the components of e-business, supply chain letter, Quality and Electronic products order of priority, were ranked and the results were confirmed based on management technologies are fundamental for the development of e-commerce enterprises.

Abstract: 

This research aims to rank mutual funds with performance evaluation indexes and study the efficiency of these indexes. In addition of modern portfolio-based indexes (Sharp, Traynor, Jenson), Calmar ratio -based on Maximum drawdown- is calculated for mutual funds and then different rankings are compared. Since Kolomogrove- Smirnov Test and QQPlots don’t confirm the normality of daily returns, so Non-Parametric tests – Spearman and Fridman Tests - applied. According to the results of these tests, not only no significant difference was found between rankings, but also endorsed a significant correlation between them. Therefore to study the efficiency of performance evaluation indexes, funds performance evaluated over a period of 4 years and over a period of 1.5 years, the results of this evaluation investigated. For this purpose, Pearson Correlation Coefficient between evaluated and real ranks calculated and the two types of innovative portfolios made to show the efficiency of indexes in general recognition of real ranks and top rated. As the result, Jenson and Calmar ratios show best efficiency for ranking mutual funds in Tehran Stock Exchange Market.

Abstract: 

Financial deepening is considered as one of the preconditions to the economic growth of the countries so that those nations of less depth in the financial sectors undoubtedly lack the efficient allocation of the funds to the needs and often come to inadequacy of tools of funding. So, they would not be able to collect enough resources. In this study, first we present all aspect of the comprehensive development and financial deepening in the country. Then an economic analysis is presented to study the relationship between financial deepening and economic growth in Iran from 1969 to 2007, by the use of ARDL methods. The results show the positive effect of financial deepening and the negative effect of financial development on economic growth. In the proposed model, Capital market show a crucial role in the economic development and growth in Iran while the negative effects can be due to the linearization method of financial markets.
