Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this study is the evaluation of being meaningful of the relationship between SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP and employee's EMPOWERMENT of banks in Guilan province in private and public section. The study is applied and has been done by using of descriptive and analytical methods and questionnaire tool, and using field research method among 323 as a statistical sample. The results show the positive and significant casual relationship between leadership and EMPOWERMENT (54%) and also the results of hypothesis test show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the dimension of SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP (perspective, desire and faith, willing to altruist, meaningfulness, membership, commitment and productivity) and employees EMPOWERMENT of banks in private and public section.
