Title

The Relationship of Organizational Culture with Effectiveness and Organizational Commitment of Employees (Case Study: Headquarters of the Cultural-Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality)

Abstract

 Introduction and Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Organizational Culture and the effectiveness and commitment of staff members of Tehran's Municipal Cultural and Cultural Organization. research method: The research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive (non-experimental) and survey method. The statistical population is all staff and directors of the Tehran Municipality's Cultural and Artistic Organization, which is 500 people. 220 people were selected according to the Cochran formula using stratified random sampling. The data gathering tool in this study was Denison's Organizational Culture questionnaire (2002), Parsons Organizational Effectiveness (2009) and Organizational Commitment of Allen and Meyer (2002). Content Validation has been approved by the Guidance & Consultant Professors. To assess the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha was used. Cronbach's alpha for Organizational Culture questionnaire was 90%, Organizational Effectiveness questionnaire was 0. 87 and Organizational Commitment was 0. 85. The regression method has been used to analyze the data. findings: The results of the research indicate that there is a relationship between Organizational Culture and all dimensions of effectiveness and Organizational Commitment. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis also showed that the model is fitted in the staff of the Tehran Municipality Cultural and Cultural Organization. conclusion: From the results of this study, it is concluded that managers of cultural organizations must strengthen organizational Organizational Culture in order to enhance Organizational Effectiveness and commitment in order to benefit from the benefits of strengthening these variables.
