Abstract

 I.R.I Police is an important organization in the military-strategic structure of armed forces and its performance results have a vital role in protecting the interests of national security, territorial integrity and independency of the country. Due to the importance and sensitivity of this mission, the police must pursue smart environmental changes and new technologies and increase their practical skills and the learning rate. Acquiring the new knowledge and technology without paying attention to organizational codes and its requirements would not meet the needs of the organization for learning the confrontation technics in new situations. Therefore, learning alignment with codes of the organization can be considered as one of the top priorities of the police. In one hand, it requires the identification of the factors that facilitate learning and, on the other hand, establishing and employing the mentioned factors are done through the effective management of them. This article addresses one of the most important affecting factors on ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING among different factors and that is the culture of learner and describes its role in learning development.
