Abstract

Given that different factors can be effective on personnel PERFORMANCE, this research has been performed to investigate the effect of organizational STRUCTURE of PERFORMANCE improvement and determination of appropriate STRUCTURE from being organic and mechanical. Statistical population of this research is composed of personnel of education deputy of Police University. This is an applied research with descriptive and survey method. Library studies and investigation documents were applied to evaluate background and review of literature and questioner was used as collective tool for information. To describe variables, descriptive statistics and to analysis hypothesis, mean was used. The results indicate that effect of organizational STRUCTURE was on PERFORMANCE improvement and to evaluate types of appropriate STRUCTURE, 4sub hypothesis was proposed. After extracting means and putting them on expressed continuum by Berenz and Staker all the hypothesis were confirmed but since the mean of organic STRUCTURE was higher, it can be concluded that organic STRUCTURE has higher affect on improvement of PERFORMANCE.
