Abstract

Today, research shows that one of the contributions made by STAFF empowerment is an increase in STAFF's loyalty to the organization. So in this study, a question is asked as follows: what is the role of the PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT in improving the STAFF's ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. To answer this question, coherence - descriptive method was used.Considering that the statistical society of this research is the STAFFs of RASHT MEDICAL SCIENCE UNIVERSITY, a sample of 234 officers was selected, using Morgan table.The results show that there is a meaningful relation between PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT and the ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT in RASHT MEDICAL SCIENCE UNIVERSITY. Also, the results showed that STAFF education level can adjust PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT to improve the ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.
