Abstract

This study was investigated the relationship between PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS and ANXIETY TEST with achievement motivation. From different area of Tehran the necessary information was gathered by personality inventory, ANXIETY TEST and achievement motivation questionnaire. Analysis of the data was including descriptive statistics, pearson' corrleation cofficents, multivariat regression analysis. Finding showed asignificant association between Openness and extraversion with achievement motivation. As well as significant association with ANXIETY TEST with achievement motivation. So significant negative association beteen ANXIETY TEST with openness, conscientiousness and extraversion.
