Title

MULTIPLE RELATIONS OF JOB TRAINING, EMPOWERMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Abstract

 Aim: This study aimed to the test of multiple relations of JOB TRAINING, EMPOWERMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.Method: The recent study is correlation. The statistical society of this study includes the entire staff of the Islamic Azad University, Eslamshahr Branch (including 315) of which 200 people (85 women and 115 men) were chosen by stratified categorical random sampling method. All of them completed questionnaires of education during serving, EMPOWERMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. We analyzed data by canon correlation model.Findings: Findings showed that the high level of skill and knowledge is accompanied with the high level of independency and being effective and the Canon Relationship intensity is 0.67. And also the high level of skill and knowledge is accompanied with the high level of the continuous commitment or responsibility and Canon Relationship intensity is 0.815. Additionally, findings have shown that the high level of continuous and normative commitment has been with the high level of independency and being effective and the Canon Relationship intensity is 0.632.Conclusion: promoting the level of staff’s knowledge and skill as an important factor in order to EMPOWERMENT and increase their ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT should be considered by academic centers` managers. We also discussed theoretical and practical implications of the mentioned findings.
