Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analysis about PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT and CURRICULUMs of are TEACHERS AND STUDENTS. Our sampling was 34 teachers and 137 student of physical education and sports science faculty of University of Tehran. In order to collect the data, we used questionnaire based on Likert scale. Mean, Percentage of frequencies, SD, K-S for normality and independent T-test use for analyzing the data and with spss11.5 software. The results indicated that there was no significant differences between the attitudes of two student groups (P=0.528) but the ttitudes of two student groups with teachers were significant (P=0.000) and (P=0.000). Due to concerns about the weakness of the student’s skills necessary to participate in the labor market, the need to increase the number of specialist teachers, books and educational facilities are felt appropriate.
