THE ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON INNOVATION, TEST THE ROLE OF MEDIATOR ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

 Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES on INNOVATION, test the role of mediator ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT.Methodology: The methodology of this study was descriptive and correlational. The sample included all employees of Imam Khomeini Committee in West Azerbaijan, which was to include 437 subjects, of whom 205 subjects were selected using Morgan table estimates. Data were collected using standard questionnaires for HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES perceived, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and INNOVATION were used. Also, in order to examine the changing relationships in the conceptual model structural equation model was used.Results: The findings indicate a significant relationship between activities, human resource development and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING. The mediating role of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING in this study were approved. Direct link between human resource development and INNOVATION activities in this study was not confirmed. The relationship between KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and INNOVATION in this study were approved.Conclusion: The important conclusion of this study was that by strengthening KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING, INNOVATION of staff will improve.
