Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the simple and multiple relationships of ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and its components (creativity and INNOVATION, competitiveness, attention to group, attention to organization members, attention to details, attention to output, stability) with teacher efficiency in GUIDANCE SCHOOLS of Shoosh. This study was conducted based on correlation design. Hence, 184 teachers (men and women) were chosen by stratified random sampling method. Two researcher-made questionnaires were used to gather the data which include ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE questionnaire (based on Robbins and Denison’s Model) and teacher efficiency questionnaire. The results showed that there was an overall relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and teacher efficiency. Furthermore, there were positive relationships between all components of ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE except attention to details and attention to output components wit teacher efficiency. In addition, attention to group, CREATIVITY and INNOVATION components were the best predictors of teacher efficiency, respectively.
