Abstract

Background and objectives: Cultural architecture is a movement from the present cultural status to the desired cultural status. The present research is carried out as a Cultural architecture of I. R. I. Police with the aim of identifying the Challenges and cultural Opportunities of its employees in the future. Methodology: This study is of an applied research type and its method is survey. The research population included the elites and experts in cultural affairs in I. R. I. Police. 90 of them were selected through targeted sampling method, and finally 73 responded to the research questions correctly. The research tools were note-taking and a researcher-made questionnaire. Chi-square and Kendall coordination coefficients were used for data analysis. Findings and results: The findings showed that some of the cultural Challenges facing employees include: reducing the spiritual motivation in work, not using leisure time, reducing piety, backbiting and reducing honesty in the workplace. The Opportunities ahead include: the existence of rich Islamic culture and values, national and Islamic identity, culture and organizational values, the culture of self-sacrifice, the use of cultural education programs and the right to use the media. The results of this study can be useful for policymakers and cultural planners of I. R. I. Police and provide a coherent framework for developing cultural strategies in future plans for I. R. I. Police Cultural architecture.
