Abstract

Background and objectives: The present study aims to investigate the degree of I. R. I. Prevention Police staff's behaviors' adaptation to the Religious standards. Methodology: This study is of an applied research type which was conducted using descriptive-survey method. The statistical population includes all preventive police personnel, police stations' personnel, as well as people referring to police stations (ordinary people, defendants, and criminals) in the centers of provinces and selected cities. Regarding the widespread statistical population across the country, five geographic regions and Tehran Metropolitan Police Command were randomly assigned to a researcher-made questionnaire. Both the staff members of each unit and the people were questioned in accordance with the principles laid down in the religious policies book. The total sample size is 1, 847 individuals, 65% of whom are the people. Findings and results: The findings of the research show that the level of adaptation of I. R. I. Police employees' behaviors to the Religious standards communicated in the prevention unit is 9. 1% as very low, and 37% as very high from the peoples' perspectives and from the employees' perspectives is 0. 2% as very low and 50. 2% as very high. Additionally, the adaptation of the Prevention Police staff's behaviors to Religious standards from the employees and peoples' perspectives and based on the average of the minimum and maximum principles suggests that in the Prevention Police, from the people's perspectives, the minimum mean is 67. 94 for exposing female defendants, and the maximum mean is 72. 55 for the officers' entry to houses, and from the staff members' point of view, the minimum mean is 75. 22 for the use of the informants and the maximum mean 82. 88 for the officers' entry to houses.
