DESIGNING AN EMPOWERMENT MODEL FOR CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS’ EMPLOYEES

Abstract

 Background and purpose: Accomplished employees are infinitive assets of an organization and growth of any organization depends on benefiting of knowledge, skill, and insight of skillful people. So, Recognition of effective factors in empowering employees is an important issue for enterprise management. This study has been prepared to provide a model for empowering employees of a Cultural Organization.Methodology: the nature of this is “qualitative” and its main strategy is data based theorizing and the tool for collecting data and information is interview with organizations’ experts.Findings: The obtained model shows that commanding organization culture in religious-political Organization NAJA, which includes proper atmosphere for staff training, justice in the organization and job security, directly plays the most important role in shaping the properties of accomplished employees- As a central issue-. Of course, in the process of empowering employees, the monitoring system -as the context issue- and the organizational reward system -as the interposing situation - effect on the organization’s management system -as the action/reaction issue-.Conclusion: finally, output of this model is EMPOWERMENT of employees of religious-Political Organization NAJA which is appear in Self-actualization, Innovation, Creativity and Reducing the work-related stresses.
