Abstract

Jobs periodic kind of work out of the charts when it approved that has three options: 1 - doing so usually requires a trip distance for a specified period of at least a week or more 2 - in the workplace means a necessity to stay employed by the employer to provide 3 - Working with your family goes back to work after a period of time, usually a family spends the rest of his career.In research on FAMILIES with jobs in the periodic as an empirical case study is located. To study the problems of FAMILIES with jobs periodicity is the survey method used. Tools, data collection, 200 questionnaires, which are among Oil industry workers spouses of employees and the West's oil and gas is distributed.The results of this study show that among the staff in the West with periodic oil and gas area of education, there is no significant difference in terms of family problems. In FAMILIES with more educated women are less problematic is the kind of jobs. The staff in the periodic scheme of periodic type of family problems, there is no significant difference. The wives of the staff positions in the periodic plans of family problems and there is no significant difference in the employment of women in FAMILIES who have husbands in family problems less than satisfactory periodic FAMILIES of the wives of job satisfaction, there is no.
