Abstract

The three main components of non-formal education and skills training include trainer, trainee and educational content are considering and In order to create learning, Trainer activities in training workshop are face to face communication with trainees. However, the training should include all Targeted learning activities and In addition to face to face and verbal communication, it can use other methods such as distance learning, virtual learning and technological capabilities. Technical and vocational education and training are important in the industrial sector and the labor market. TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING system differences with other educational systems. By development of education and training and the development of information and communication technologies, In addition to the traditional pillars of the education system class-based including trainer, trainee and educational content should be considered another important part of training as a fourth component. In this research, The results of the alpha "Cronbach" method and "Likert" scale and assess the quality of theoretical and practical training in TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING centers and private training institutes, Reinforcement of the fourth component training system and improving the quality of SKILL TRAINING using information and communication technologies have been suggested. The main focus of this research approaches careful planning and providing educational content, a recording career as audio and video the educational content, storage, and maintenance of any to provide content of sharing and it is providing continuous access to educational content in electronic form authorized by the potential of information and communication technologies.
