A STUDY OF WORLD INDUSTRIAL TRAINING METHODS TO DEVELOP AN APPROPRIATE MODEL FOR IRAN'S AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Abstract

 This research has been carried out for tow reason: The first is that the educational system and present methods for the industrial TRAINING did not meet the existing needs, also it is aimed to represent a suitable MODEL for TRAINING the automotive employees through considering the industrial TRAINING in the world industry. After reviewing the literature and studying the procedures, approaches, frame works, and MODELs of personnel TRAINING, 21 principal components along with 260 sub-components were provided.Statistical sample of the research consist of 393 people who were university experts, managers, and industry researchers were selected as a statistical society by using accessible sampling methods.Measuring tools for research, a questionnaire with 210 questions including the perceptual frame works of proposed MODEL was reduce to 124 questions after experimental performance.The admissibility of the questionnaire has been carried out by the experts on The basis of its content and questions formulation and then the necessary corrections have been made. The stability of the questionnaire was calculated by using the crown Bach alpha method and estimated in optional level.In the present research the descriptive statistic method (Frequency and percentage) and inferential statistic method (Factorial analysis, differential score, several variable regression analyses, and path analysis) have been applied.According to the research finding of total 38 TRAINING methods, 48.4 percent belonged to the classical methods, 23.91 percent to practical methods and 41.30 percent to new methods. According to the finding of factor analysis, 23 factors which were related to the frame work of proposed MODEL decrease to 7 factors. The obtained variance (86.199) modified the TRAINING MODEL in optimal level.Path analysis has been carried out after confirming the factors through several variable regression coefficients. Therefore, the second factor evaluation with the forecasting coefficient 0.90 and reengineering with the coefficient 0.88 have the nearest path to the TRAINING system.The factors of industrial TRAINING methods with coefficient 0.86 and content planning and performance formulation with coefficient 0.75 are in the second class in the industrial TRAINING system.Finally the determinants of the policies, standards, and structures as the base with fairly optimum coefficients demonstrated the Personnel TRAINING system. So that the perceptual frame work of industrial TRAINING MODEL for the employees of Automotive industry has been designed.
