Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and JOB PERFORMANCE, productivity, entrepreneurial managers with different levels of education in their school in Sanandaj 2014-2015. The research method was descriptive correlational. Also, productivity and JOB PERFORMANCE of managers is considered as the dependent variable. Personality questionnaire to collect data from the Iranian entrepreneurs , productivity and JOB PERFORMANCE Achyv Paterson was used. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively, 0.83 and 0.86 and 0.92 is calculated and accepted. In order to analyze the data from the single-sample t test, Pearson correlation test, ANOVA and simple regression were used. The results showed that the character is too strong entrepreneurial managers. City managers have above-average productivity and JOB PERFORMANCE. All components except for ambiguity tolerance characteristics of entrepreneurial business executives have the ability to predict productivity. Also, all components of the entrepreneurial personality traits can predict JOB PERFORMANCE of managers.
