Abstract

 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of strategic management of human resource on the performance of employees. In fact, the researchers sought to find that if strategic management of human resource can affect the performance of your employees? And how much is the impact? The population consisted of 588 employees of Imam Khomeini Naval Science University which 232 people were selected as sample through random sampling. Data collected by a questionnaire of 48 questions, which ultimately total of 224 questionnaires were used for review and analysis. For data analysis, descriptive statistical methods as well as the average binomial test was used and also the causal relationships posed in the research questions were investigated by structural equation modeling method with smart partial least squares approach and smart PLS software. The results showed that "careful employment", "human resource managers participatation in strategic decision-making process", "training of HUMAN RESOURCES", "human resource managers coordinated actions with the general policies", "communication among employees, " and "information sharing "have been able to significantly affect employee performance.
