Identification of marketing performance evaluation indicators in Iran's international hosting industry

Abstract

 The markers box (dashboard) is an overview of system performance that enables managers to effectively measure, monitor, and manage business performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the box of marketing markers (dashboards) in the International Hosting Industry of Iran. . This research is a type of qualitative research. In the first stage, the Delphi method has been used to identify the criteria and components from the data foundation theory, and in the second step, to validate the markers, the Delphi method has been used. The statistical population included academic and industrial experts. These individuals have been identified from universities and activists in the field of tourism in Iran, using a targeted sampling approach, a total of 15 people were selected as contributors to the study. Data were collected by semi-structured interview method and Delphi questionnaire in the second stage. To validate and validate the data, a participant review and review method has been used. The result of this research is the identification of marketing markers (dashboards) that have identified it in terms of marketing performance assessment criteria in the tourism industry of Iran in 10 categories. Criteria of stakeholders and social responsibility, financial, brand, market, tourism, organizational and process factors, growth and learning, staff, tourism infrastructure and finally technology benchmark as the main criteria of marketing dashboards in order to assess marketing performance Iran's International Hosting Industry. Iran was identified. Also, the model has 42 components and 151 indicators were identified and confirmed by experts.
