Abstract

Social responsibility is an intersection between social relationships and practices oforganization and society in the management-sociology literature. STRATEGIC FORESIGHT is a social and organized movement. In this research, the purpose is to examine the role of STRATEGIC FORESIGHT in identifying the present and desired status of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and the way of reducing the gap between them. The research, in terms of target, is applied and in terms of method is descriptive-analytical one. The sample is consisted of 55 experts, statistics, faculty members and Statistics Center of Iran. Data were collected with the help of questionnaire that the experts have confirmed its validity and reliability. Due to the quality of the boundary of STRATEGIC FORESIGHT and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY with establishment of an expert system, FUZZY LOGIC is used. Score of 0.6023 was assigned as a result of the study and indicated that the organization is in a position between SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and legal- ethics. But this could be ethical-devotional. Each dimension of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY have relatively deep slot with desired position, and the maximum distance is related to the "strategic commitment. It is recommended that with the implementation of STRATEGIC FORESIGHT, social integration and interaction among stakeholders in the indoor field, it is possible to guide the national trade, recover the institute structure and cover the educational and research needs of the country.
