The impact of organizational culture (humanist, success-oriented) on the freedom of expression of employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with the role of mediator of spirituality

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of Organizational Culture (humanist, success-oriented) on the Freedom of Expression of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with the mediating role of Spirituality. The method of this research was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research was all full-time staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, of which 780 were at the time of the research. Regarding the access to all members of the community, simple random sampling method was used and the sample size was 310 with an emphasis on the Morgan sample size table. The instruments for collecting the research data were three questionnaires: Freedom of Expression, Amrollahi et al. (1396), Zinko and Simousti (2006), and Millian et al. (2003). Validity of the questionnaires has been confirmed by five sports management professors and their reliability in a preliminary study on 30 members of the community and the use of Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the questionnaires of Freedom of Expression, Organizational Culture and Spirituality in the workplace respectively 0. 92, 0. 93 and 0. 86 respectively. To test the research hypotheses, one-sample t-test and Pearson correlation were used using SPSS version 24 software. Also, for designing the conceptual model of research, Amos V24 software was used. The results showed that Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Freedom of Expression of the Organizational Culture on Spirituality and Spirituality. Proper Organizational Culture, while enhancing Spirituality in the organization, will increase the Freedom of Expression and participate more in decision making.
