Abstract

 Background and objective: In some government organizations, especially military ones, problems such as requesting early retirement, resignation and dismissal of employees are the main problems of human resource management that knowing the true root of these problems is necessary and inevitable. This study aims to identify and analyze the dimensions and components of human resource conservation in a qualitative manner. Method: The present study is developmental according to its purpose and qualitative based on the research method. The statistical population of the study includes law enforcement personnel, which is a purposeful selection of a statistical sample of 22 people at the point of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview and the interview analysis method is the content analysis method. Findings: The findings of the study showed that the maintenance of police human resources is a multidimensional and complex concept that from the perspective of employees of the organization of 9 sub-codes of physical health, mental health, job satisfaction, satisfaction of managers, satisfaction with the organization, commitment, development opportunities, livelihood And the balance between work and life of employees and the three main themes of Employee Health, Employee Satisfaction and employee willingness to continue working with the organization is formed. Conclusion: From the perspective of the employees of the Human Resources Management Organization, it has a concept beyond paying attention to the physical health of employees and managers' attention to the components of Employee Satisfaction and willingness to continue cooperation with the organization can prevent the reduction of human resources.
