Abstract

Puropse: The main purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions and components of the main styles of theorizing chairs. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of the study included experts, specialists and knowledgeable people in the field of theories (free thinking) chairs in universities. To determine the samples of this research and determine this group of experts, purposive non-random sampling method was used. Semi-structured interviews were used in this study. In order to ensure the validity of the instrument in the qualitative part of the research and in order to ensure the accuracy of the findings from the researcher's point of view, the valuable opinions of professors familiar with this field and university experts who were experts in this field were used. Participants were also simultaneously assisted in analyzing and interpreting the data. In the present study, the reliability of the retest and the method of intra-subject agreement were used to calculate the reliability of the interviews conducted. The data analysis method was theoretical coding derived from the theory method. Findings: The results of the research showed that leadership factors / free thinking, leadership factors / rationality, leadership factors / driving force, leadership factors / religious debates, leadership factors / specialized discussions, leadership factors / moderation, administrative factors, factors Academic / innovation, academic / productive factors were among the factors influencing the promotion of open-minded chairs. Conclusion: The results show the interviewees 'emphasis on the role of the academic agent in the main component of innovation and productivity in productive and innovative dimensions, promoting critical culture, lecture sessions, critique opportunity, student mobility, and students' emotional discharge in promoting theorizing chairs. (Free thinking) to be effective in universities and Higher Education centers.
