Abstract

Parry-Romberg disease is a relatively rare syndrome, which its neurological aspects are not fully known. Localized sclerodermia or morphea (En coup de sabre) is one of the most important causes, which results in coetaneous, subcutaneous and sometimes bone tissue maldevelopment.The patient that is presented is a 33 years old female who was referred to this center because of progressive wasting in the left side of the face, tongue, soft palate and left eye enophthalmus. There wasn't any abnormal finding in neurological examination, and neuroimaging eiectrodiagnostic smdies and EEG were normal too.Skin biopsy revealed pathological finding of morphea.
